Staffs good but location and road not good even in hotel they don’t have ceiling fan, a table fan type fan hanging in the wall. View was good but as from balcony the forest you will see so for bugs the door couldn’t kept open so the room was very humid

What caught us off gaurd was the sloshed staff. Though they did not misbehave, it was really off putting to see all the staff sloshed and unkempt.
View from hotel balcony is mesmerizing, rooms are average (but that justifies the price as ella is expensive in general) , breakfast is good.
But staff definitely needs some training on how to present themselves.

The property delivers to what is promises, the ravana waterfall is actually visible right from your bed.
The greenry all around and the peacock calls calms your heart instantly.
And the silverlining was the sunrise, one of the most amazing sunrise that I have seen till date and that too right from our room's balcony, it was so peaceful and magical.
The staff was Courteous and helpful with every request and the breakfast was amazing.
Definitely recommend the stay.

Budget rooms are actually compromised rooms. You only get one or two favility short. That you can get paying extra money.
