Extremely friendly, courteous and professional staff. However, it is a one-person operation. Rooms are reasonably good with moderate amenities (no in room safe). Takes a good 10-12 min drive to go to restaurants/town. Breakfast is worth a 4*.

We had an extremely enjoyable two-night stay at Ella Dream Catcher Resort. The hotel is easily accessible by car or tuk-tuk and is located about 10 minutes from the city center, offering a peaceful setting while still being close to town.
The host was incredibly welcoming and always eager to help, which made our stay even more comfortable. He also prepared a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast that we really enjoyed.
Our room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, featuring a balcony with a beautiful view over Ella. We also appreciated the mosquito net for the bed.
Highly recommended without any hesitation.
