Amazing views over Ella. Just a short walk to a lovely coffee shop and other restaurants. Staff were super helpful - offering laundry service (paid for), arranging tuk tuks. We also really enjoyed the breakfasts here.
Originally there was no kettle provided in the room. We asked and they did provide which was great. Rooms not always stocked with water which we found unusual.

The hotel was wonderful. The spacious rooms gave us plenty of breathing room, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
While overall cleanliness seemed fine, pest control needs attention. A lizard made its way from the bathroom, and later at night, a cockroach emerged from an unsealed hole in the bathroom.
