The place of residence was excellent, the view was great, and the team was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at Tera Ella by SANS. The entire property has been beautifully renovated, and everything looks fresh, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made sure we had everything we needed. A special thanks to the SANS management for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. They truly go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. I highly recommend Tera Ella by SANS to anyone visiting Ella. I will definitely be coming back!

Everything was great. The view from the room is breathtaking, you can have a clear view of the Ella rock from the balcony. The staffs were very cordial.

The location is a little bit remote. Very difficult to reach by car, tuktuks are suitable for the road. Everytime you have to get on car to go to any nearby places (like restaurants, shops etc)

The views from the property are incredible and what make this place worth while. The rooms are adequate, very clean and the balcony views are amazing. The breakfast was good and good opportunity to interact with other travellers. They provide a tuk tuk service in to the city (small fee) which was a godsend in the pouring rain and this also helps with getting baggage down on check out. The property is challenging to get to and a level of fitness is required if you intend to walk down and back to Ella. It is also tricky for cars to get to as our driver found out but if you call ahead I’m sure they would help with a tuk tuk

It states they have cots available and this was requested prior to arrival and approved with a message saying yes can be provided however when asked on arrival they said they don’t have cots at the property. This unfortunately made our nights and I’m sure our neighbours nights a lot more challenging due to an upset 1year old.
