Arugam Bay Beach Morea

We honestly had such a lovely stay at Paper Moon Kudils. 🌴 After some chaotic accommodation experiences during our Sri Lanka trip, arriving here felt super peaceful. The place is simple but has so much charm: the pool, the palm trees, being literally in front of the beach, the huge room, the coconuts, the relaxed atmosphere… everything felt very special. But the best part was definitely the staff. Everyone was so kind and genuinely caring. This morning they even prepared a surprise birthday breakfast for my boyfriend in front of the ocean with balloons, cake, decorations and breakfast, and they were all so excited and nervous that everything went perfectly. It was honestly one of the sweetest moments of our trip and we will never forget it. Thank you so much for making us feel at home in Arugam Bay 🤍

Amazing stay at Beach Morea! The manager is fantastic, always available to help and even welcoming guests for late check-ins. The place is calm, right on a quiet beach, just a short walk from Arugam Bay, in a lovely typical village. The service is excellent: delicious breakfast prepared on site (and meals available any time), tuk-tuk service, scooter rental, laundry, parking, and even 24/7 secretary service. The rooms are very comfortable, well equipped, and cozy. You have a beautiful garden at your door, very chill, with direct access to sun beds on the Beach! Great! A big thank you for the warm hospitality and the great local tips that made my stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely come back!

sehr hellhörig und bisschen schwierig sauber zu halten weil die ganze zeit dreck durch die undichten stellen der decke kommt

L'emplacement et le spot à deux pas de la plage. C'est joli. Le logement est rustique, ne pas s'attendre à du grand confort.

Aucun accueil de la part du propriétaire, nous sommes arrivées il n'y avait personne sur place. La clef nous attendait à l'entrée du bungalow. Les draps étaient sales, et pas seulement des tâches, ils n'avaient clairement pas été lavés depuis....on se sait quand. En basse saison il est clair qu'aucun entretien n'est effectué dans le logement, les alentours sont jonchés de déchets, des poubelles "plein air" (avec des bouteilles d'alcool) traînent à l'entrée. Lors du check out, j'ai envoyé un message au propriétaire pour savoir comment faire pour le paiement (nous ne l'avions toujours pas vu depuis notre arrivée), il est simplement venu chercher son argent et est reparti sans même nous dire au revoir et nous à peine adressé la parole. Je ne sais pas comment ça se passe en haute saison mais en tout cas, je ne recommande pas ce logement en cette période.
