The location is convenient, close to nearby attractions and easy to reach. Some of the rooms were acceptable in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The dining areas for rooms were straightforward and easy to use.
We had to wait nearly an hour to get our rooms despite having a confirmed booking. The rooms were not arranged as requested, and had to pay an additional amount to adjust them. Staff attitude was unprofessional. Some beds were broken, and there was no water in certain rooms.
