Het appartement zit in een prachtig historisch gebouw, De inrichting is prima, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. En mocht je iets vergeten zijn dan is er een goede supermarkt onder het gebouw met iedere dag vers brood. Vergeet niet om de tuin te bezoeken. Je hebt een prachtig uitzicht over een deel van de stad en de haven.
Hygiëne kan beter. Dit is besproken met de eigenaar. De toegang tot het apartement is wat complex. Je krijjgt gelukkig een goede beschrijving die je stap voor stap moet volgen. De optionele, dure parkeerplaats is een must. In de buurt parkeren is vrijwel onmogelijk. Het appartement ligt naast een parkeergarage. Dat geeft vooral in de avond, overlast.
