A lovely, well-maintained apartment. Very clean and located in a beautiful building.

The biggest problem was the communication before our arrival and on the day of check-in. Even though we had provided all the required information in advance and made the payment, for a long time we did not receive clear instructions on how to access the apartment. Our messages went unanswered, and attempts to contact the host by phone were also unsuccessful. The whole situation caused a lot of unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Eventually, I reported the problem to Booking.com, explaining that I was unable to contact the host. In the meantime, I received the access codes to the apartment from another person via WhatsApp. Later, it turned out that the host had informed Booking.com that the apartment would not be made available to us, even though we were already staying there. As a result, Booking.com refunded the payment for the reservation. I then paid the refunded amount directly to the owner for our stay. It was all very confusing. I had never experienced a situation like this before, and to this day I still do not know what caused all the confusion. The apartment itself, however, was very nice, clean and well maintained. It is a pity that such a good property left a less positive impression because of the very chaotic communication.
