It was fairly good value for the location and length of stay.

A bit small for a larger group, so there wasn’t a huge amount of space.

部屋はしっかり掃除されていて、建物や設備は古いけど水回りも清潔感がありました。 メッセージの対応が凄く良くて、実はチェックイン前から好印象でした。安心して泊まることができました。 寝るだけの宿泊費を安く抑え他に旅行予算を回せたので、大満足の家族旅行になりました。 静かな住宅街で、ファミリーマートやコインパーキングが近くにありました。 車だったので最大料金があるタイムズに止めましたが、すぐ近くのタイムズとどちらも滞在中4日は満車になってるときはありませんでした。 最寄りの十三駅まで距離がありますが、駅前には居酒屋含めご飯屋さんが多く、食べるのには困りません。ホテル周辺にも少しだけあります。 レンジ、オーブントースター、ケトル、冷蔵庫、箸やスプーン、お皿やグラス、簡単なものなら揃ってます。 シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、歯ブラシ、ドライヤー、洗濯洗剤、食器洗いスポンジと洗剤もありました。

脱衣所がないので、お風呂前に部屋で全裸になります。気になる人は注意ポイントです。 パジャマ無し、タオルはバスタオルとフェイスタオル一人一枚ずつです。連泊はタオルを洗濯する必要があるので面倒です。私は洗濯せずに済むように家族の3泊分のタオルを持参しましたが、とても嵩張りました。 駅から少し離れてるのも、電車利用の人にとっては大変ですね。 私は車利用だったということもあり、料金を考えたら全て妥協できる点でした。

It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and walking around the area is safe! The room is very spacious and could comfortably accommodate three people inside. There are amenities available such as laundry detergent, towels, plates, cutleries, dishwashing soap and sponge, handwashing liquid, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toothbrushes with a small tub of toothpaste alongside them among other things. The air condition works perfectly and it’s so handy especially on warm and humid days. The beds are very comfortable, and the pillows were firm yet soft, making them very pleasant to sleep in. ☺️ There is a balcony behind the beds which has clothes drying rack and a washing machine. The only thing is, there are no hangers but I knew about it beforehand so it didn’t bother me at all especially since I didn’t have to do any laundry. There is a Family Mart nearby which is super convenient if you need to buy anything. There are local eateries nearby as well such as for ramen, seafood donburi and okonomiyaki, as well as an izakaya. There is also a nearby park called Kikawa Park that is nice and relaxing to spend time in! The owner is very lovely and nice as well. I was informed I could check-in early which was super nice and thoughtful of them! 🥰 I ended up checking-in late though because I was in another prefecture at the time. 😅 They are also very responsive and easily contactable. I really appreciate their kindness. They have a manual that was super detailed on what to do and how to operate the appliances which is really nice. Thank you for making this a very comfortable stay! 🙏 The only thing is, the closest train station is roughly 15 minutes away by walking but this is something I’ve been aware of prior to booking the place so it didn’t bother me at all, and it’s not a con to me personally. The train can be quite busy at times and I didn’t want to bother the locals around me especially since we have a few big luggages with us.
