Enzo Shin-Osaka C

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment in Shin-Osaka. The place was clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located. It was easy to get around, and overall the apartment made our stay pleasant.

There are just a few things that could make the stay even better. We understand that having a gas stove may not be possible, but a microwave would be very useful, especially for heating up food from convenience stores. It would also be nice to have more plates, chopsticks, and cups — there was a kettle, but no cups for tea. The wooden beds were quite squeaky, so perhaps futons could be a good alternative, at least in some rooms. Also, in the bathroom there was shampoo and soap, but no conditioner.

Nice place, enough space for one person.

Good location. Near ShinOsaka station and metro. Plenty convenience stores. Quiet area.

Cooking not allowed which I understand. However, a microwave is a must for convenience store food. Couldn't even make a tea.

Convenient location, cost per night.

Need to have at least cups for a hot drink. And some basic cutlery. I didn’t like having to send copies of passports electronically and would much prefer to deal with someone in person.
