Ultra-compact, needed a chair or another place to sit

Quiet, accessible to Shin-osaka, Misouji line and Hankyu

Not enough stocks of toiletries for longer stay such as toilet papers. Pillows are too soft and lumpy. Better utensils and cookware that are not plastics and new towels.

The location — close to the Minamikata station and subway, about a 5 minute walk. Also relatively close to Shin-Osaka station, if you’re coming from Kansai airport. Supermarkets nearby — two supermarkets nearby, with good options for most things. Provided basic appliances for everyday apartment life

Cleaning — unfortunately, some parts were just not clean. There were hairs in the bathroom, in the holders for your accessories. Some surfaces of the apartment were also caked in dust, such as atop the doors and shelves. And there were lots of hairs on the balcony, probably from peoples’ laundries. Only one pair of towels — despite staying for more than a week. They started to smell after a few days, and airing them on the balcony didn’t help. So that’s a suggestion for stays that are around a week, a second pair of towels. No hooks for towels or hand-towels. Microwave had food splashes stuck to the ceiling.
