施設全体がすごく綺麗だった。
新大阪駅よりも、十三駅の方が近く、十三駅も新大阪駅と同じくらいアクセスが良いので、そこを明記するともっと良くなると思った。

家電が揃っていて持ち込みで泊まるには助かる 加湿器があったのは助かった
booking.comで送られてきた住所に行ったら警備会社の倉庫だった。そこの人に尋ねてホテルを調べてもらってやっと辿り着くことができた。番地まできちんと表示して欲しい。初めは騙されたと疑ったくらいです。 鍵の番号を合わせるのに入口が暗くて番号が分かりにくく大変苦労してやっとの思いで入ることができた。 ゴミを宿泊者に分別して出させるなど細かい指示があったが、何のために清掃費を6,000円も取られたのか気分を害した。それなら毎日リネン交換でもしてもらいたい。 風呂場が丸見えなのでカーテンなどの仕切りをしてもらいたい。着替える場所もない。 フリーWiFiがあるなら壁に貼るなど分かりやすくしてもらいたい。
