Great location, close to the city centre and supermarket. The room was cleaned every day and was comfortable to stay in.
Check-in instructions were not shared beforehand and I had to contact the owner via WhatsApp when I arrived at the property. I was sent a link via link WhatsApp to pay for our stay but I had already paid via booking.com. The room smelled of cigarette smoke (airing the room didn’t help).

Location, location, location!
You are 5 minutes away from Piazza Tasso! The apartment has three bedrooms & they are all decent sized too.
Parking was chargeable which I found very unfair given that the apartment already comes with parking. Parking should have been included.

We had a good experience with this property. We arrived later than expected, at 9pm, and the owner kept in constant contact with us throughout the afternoon so they could let us into the apartment and our room.
The location was great! It was a 5 minute walk into the main strip of Sorrento, but far enough away that there was no noise.
The apartment shared a common space with other rooms, but that didn’t bother us at all.
The room was clean and spacious. The air-conditioning worked great and the bed was comfortable.
The only thing to mention would be that the hot water in the shower was inconsistent, as it kept fluctuating between hot and cold. However, this didn’t dampen our stay at all.

-The location was really convenient, providing both close distance to Sorrento Center and being on the Main Road where the bus stops are.
-The room is fully renovated with good spacing.
-Breakfast in the nearest cafe is smart idea and helpful and although the breakfast choices weren’t many, it left me a positive output.
- Staff don’t speak English and are not willing to help most of the time. Hospitality Skills 0.
When asked if they can provide more toilet paper (left only 1 at check-in) or if we should buy our own, they brought us a used one! And after the daily cleaning they didn’t left us any new, although we were told otherwise. The next day again the left us 1 more used one.
- Cold water at some point during shower around 20.00, were left standing for about 20’ before they arrange it.
