The host Marianna was very friendly, attentive and helpful, providing excellent restaurant recommendations and making tour arrangements. Fresh fruit was provided daily. The room decor is very attractive and the panoramic views of the Gulf of Naples and Mt Vesuvius are stunning. We liked the proximity to the historic centre and port.
LuMar calls itself a B&B on signs and room instructions, but no breakfast or breakfast coupons are provided to guests. We were told that parking was available, but we were not told that the parking fee was 30 Euros per day. That was an unwelcome surprise. The parking fee should be disclosed at the time of booking.
