Nice villa, with a cute garden where you can hide from the sun and have a lunch. Location is great, with the grocery store and Indian restaurant on the other side of the street, couple of minutes from Playa Flamingo and walkable distance to Montaña Roja to view the sunset.

Von der perfekten Vorbereitung, um nach der Ankunft ins Haus zu kommen, über die liebevolle und gepflegte Ausstattung sowie die tolle Lage ist alles perfekt. Wohnbereich und (ein) Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Die Terrasse und vor allem der Tisch im Schatten der Bäume sind ein Traum. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation lief per WhatsApp, super freundlich, immer wieder mal nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist und eventuell etwas fehlt. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche hier und werden sicher wieder dieses Haus beim nächsten Aufenthalt buchen.

Great location, nice & clean, good communication from owner throughout

This is a stunning little piece of paradise. The garden is just incredible, with gorgeous leafy shade which we took plenty of advantage of! And a wonderful outdoor bbq. The property is so well equipped- there is literally nothing you need to bring except yourselves. This is such a joy with self catering accommodation as so often you need to buy fabric conditioner or pan scourers! There is also a Nespresso coffee machine- first time I’ve had one in Lanzarote and it was much appreciated! Beach towels and bathroom towels were provided, and the shower was exceptional. Loved it!

It didn’t bother us at all, but depending on the wind, there is some noise from the refuse collectors as the bins are located near the property. Again not an issue for us but no dishwasher.
