About this villa rental
Modern south facing, renovated Villa 29A is located on Casas Del Sol on a beautiful and peaceful complex which is well sort after due to its prime location being only a few minutes walk away from the town center, shops, restaurants and three golden sandy beaches.
It has access to a large solar-heated swimming pool and baby pool, a bowling area and two tennis courts. The villa benefits from its extremely peaceful south-facing location and has one of the larger, more private outdoor area in the complex. This huge south-facing outdoor area has full cover from the sun if needed and is where you will spend most of your time eating, sunbathing, reading, enjoying the alfresco dining and then relaxing on the corner sofa.
The villa has been renovated in the last few years inside and outside with a clean, fresh, light and spacious look. The TV is equipped with many British and European channels, a DVD and plenty of DVDs if needed. We also have our own little library if you run out of books. The villa has very good free private WiFi. It has two large bedrooms and two large bathrooms. Both bedrooms have single beds which can be put together if required.
A cot and high chair may be hired, and there is a weekly maid service with a full clean at the end of each week. With such a convenient, central location, most visitors find a car is not necessary. Everything you will need is in a 3-5 minute walking distance from the villa. The shops, sea, restaurants, promenade, beach, and cafes are all just a short 5-minute walk into Playa Blanca.
The all-year-round constant temperatures make it an ideal location to stay both summer and winter. Long-term bookings welcome.

A fabulous stay at Emma and Matt's holiday rental. It is so well equipped and extremely comfortable. We wanted for nothing.
They have thought of everything to make your holiday perfect, even a shopping trolley (which we fondly called Roy ) and used every day. Brilliant !
We used the teppanyaki grill that was provided to BBQ almost every night. My husband was so impressed how easy it was, and how it cooked everything superbly he's ordered one to use at home!
The patio is huge getting the sun all day with two parasols to use if you wanted some shade ( as well as the full length veranda) and it was so peaceful.
We had a couple of small issues which Emma and Matt with reception sorted out very quickly and efficiently. Such good caring 5* customer service.
The complex Casas del Sol is an amazing place to stay and Emma and Matt's bungalow has to be up there as one of the best . Loved every minute of our stay and have no hesitation in booking it again.

Well equipped property with beautiful outdoor area. Space to be in or out of the sunshine. Comfortable beds and good sized rooms. The whole complex is very quiet and beautI fully planted and maintained. Swimming pool not too cold.
