Apartment Lima Prime Location Playa Blanca By PVL

Had everything you would need, fully equipped kitchen, spacious, private balcony was fantastic and rooftop terrace. Very clean, great location close to nearby supermarkets and restaurants would highly recommend

Bathroom drainage was the only issue everything else was 5 star would stay again and recommend to friends

The property was in a good location that we were familiar with and the check in instructions were clear and informative. The interior of the apartment was clean and the furnishings were comfortable. Wonderful sun terrace which we never used.

The balcony and the furniture was not clean, perhaps due to airborne dust, and as a result it made our feet and clothing dirty. Every weekday morning construction work involving groundwork and power tools began at 0815 at a nearby property. The noise was intolerable and we had to vacate most mornings to escape it. We reported to the WhatsApp contact for PVL provided but it appeared to be an AI contact and no response or action occurred. In fact we were unable to make any contact with the property owners during our stay. The property lacked welcoming personalised touches such as a bottle of water in the fridge and some soap in the bathroom and spare toilet paper as we’ve come to expect when staying self catering in Playa Blanca and arriving late at night. The check out instructions required us, as senior people, to walk 1/2 kilometre round trip with our waste and recycling in bags to the municipal recycling location. I would consider staying again but would expect an improved experience next time.

The apartment is is a prime position , close to everything, including goo beaches

The service level is not the best. I have booked and paid for 4 people, received 3 pillow and waiter 2 days to have a 4th one

Big apartment in a great location

Terrible shower. No water pressure and either very cold or very hot.
