Location and open aspect were exceptional

Would have liked an indoor dining area as the weather wasn’t conducive.

This place was amazing for two families and we all had a great time. As it was self-catering, everything was supplied and the complimentary wine/water/milk was very welcomed. We loved the out door space, especially the swimming pool and the location was amazing!!

What stopped us giving this 10/10 was the fact we had to pay for our own air con, and ended up costing up around 70 euros extra for the week. This wasn't explained to use ahead of the booking and deterred from an overall great property.

The location is fantastic. Next to a re-generated area with tennis courts, outside gym and children's play area. Lovely cycle and walk way down to the town. The pool area is the best feature of the villa, lots of outside space with a lovely pool, large seating area and pool table.

There is no-inside dining area, we had a couple of days with sandstorms and cloud which made sitting outside unpleasant. The bathrooms are a little tired, spotlessly clean but in need of an update. The shower tray in the main en-suite had a large crack in it and the main bathroom floor is in desperate need of painting.

The villa was a great location & a lovely villa in the process of being refurbished.

Never have we had to pay by coin meter for air conditioning. No credit on it for the first night & we didn’t have the correct coins so an uncomfortable first night. Pool is stated as being cleaned twice a week, someone came once in our 2 week stay. It was also not cleaned for our arrival. It also leaks & we had to top it up 3 times. I did let them know this on the last day, still waiting a response. Baggage storage: when we enquired, we were told it would cost us €40 & be stored about a mile up the road. Never have we had to pay for baggage storage. Also no security gate on the front drive.
