Clean, comfortable affordable accommodation in a quiet district close to a good bus route

Fiel ao prometido, agradável, limpo e localizado num bairro tranquilo!
Casa era exactamente como nas fotografias, decoração minimalista e de bom gosto, funcional, com cozinha equipada, com garagem para estacionamento. As camas (mesmo sofá-cama) eram bastante confortáveis. Tinha aspirador, máquina de lavar roupa, máquina de lavar loiça, microondas e forno. Foi uma estadia bastante agradável!
Forno estava sujo, mas de resto não temos nada a apontar!

Casa muy cómoda y bien ubicada
La casa es moderna y tiene todas las comodidades posibles. La decoración es bonita y esta bien cuidada y limpia. Cuenta con plaza de garaje que es perfecta para despreocuparte del coche.
En realidad nada, pero como comentario para que lo valoren, podrían incluir unos manteles para no estropear la mesa a la hora de comer. También añadir un enchufe encima de la encimera de la cocina para poner por ejemplo la tostadora.

Rundherum perfekte Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten,
Sehr empfehlenswert, ruhig gelegen, mitten im Ortenaukreis, einfach genial auch zum radeln oder wandern, wer Shoppen oder gemütlich Kaffee trinken möchte fährt nach Offenburg oder Gengenbach Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Was auch hervorzuheben ist, wäre der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage, der beim Buchen der Wohnung dazugehört . Und ein kleiner Tipp-um die Ecke befindet sich eine Eisdiele 😀

Neu und gemütlich
tolle Neubauwohnung, mit schöner Innenausstattung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war bequem und gemütlich. Von Vorteil waren, dass es ein Badezimmer sowie WC zusätzlich gab. Die Lage ist eher ländlich, was zum Spazieren einlädt. Ein kleiner Edeka ist fast gegenüber für notwendige Dinge. Unter der Woche ist eine Anbindung mit Bus möglich, am Wochenende ist die Anbindung eingeschränkt.
Die Küche hätte etwas mehr ausgestattet sein können, mit z.B. Ofenformen, Suppenteller oder einer großen Schüssel. In der Wohnung gab es eine Waschmaschine jedoch keinen Wäscheständer. Mehr Hacken im Bad oder überhaupt im WC wären toll, sowie Handtücher fürs WC. Bei unseren Besuch war der Fernseher kaputt. Bei Rückmeldung an den Vermieter war die Antwort es sei ein Bildfehler. Ein Bildfehler ist unserer Ansicht nach unpassend ausgedrückt, beim TV braucht man ein Bild. Also wusste man, dass der TV kaputt war. Da wäre eine Info toll gewesen, dann hätten wir uns Alternativen mitgenommen. Das WLan funktioniert nur im Wohnzimmer und auch nur wenn eine Person im Netz ist. Da es ein Neubau ist, ist es sehr gut isoliert. Es war immer warm im der Wohnung ohne zu heizen. Je nach persönlichen Befinden ein Vor- oder Nachteil.
