Appartement avec du cachet à 15 min à pied du centre ville et juste devant un grand parc Il y a ce qu il faut pour cuisiner un peu

Excellent emplacement devant le parc des Prébendes. Immeuble calme ainsi que les voisins! L'appartement a de beaux volumes dans un immeuble ancien et bien entretenu. Les parties communes sont très propres. Venir sans hésiter. Nous avons bénéficié d'un super tarif sur Booking. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu ajouter une nuit de plus.....
La moquette qui a vraiment besoin d'être changée car elle a un peu vécu ! et le manque de couverts pour déjeuner. Nous n'avions que 2 fourchettes, 4 cuillières à café, 4 couteaux et 4 cuillères à soupe. Pas un couvert de plus...

Appartement vaste et fonctionnel, très bonne distribution des pièces, vue dégagée sur les arbres centenaires des Prébendes. Une excellente adresse, à proximité de tout ! (Pour les clients non motorisés, prévoir le week-end de faire son épicerie pas trop tard)
