A very relaxing location that was perfect for a family get away

I felt that the property could of been cleaner It wasn’t dirty but it wasn’t spotless either. There were tea stains left on the counter from previous people also had to vacumn playroom my grandson lost something under the sofa and when I looked under there was a toe nail amongst other things which was not ideal but overall it was clean Also I felt that having some more furniture out in the garden would of been nice

Great place but need to get cleaning sorted and customer care is awful.

It’s in a good location great view

Unfortunately the property was not cleaned - bed sheets were as the previous occupiers had left them, place had not been touched by a cleaner, despite calls to Sykes (and no direct contact with owner) no cleaner arrived that evening which meant we had to wash and dry bed sheets (some spares were available but not enough) and to hoover and empty bins etc. a cleaner did arrive Sunday but we had cleaned it already by then. What makes this worse is that this has happened before - check the reviews, and despite that night assurances of refunds, and apparent apologies , since we have left despite trying to contact Sykes numerous times we have had no response.

Amazing property, plenty of room and amazing location and views

The views where amazing, under floor heating downstairs, the size of the house was great plenty of room

The only thing was where the repairs had been made to walls hadn’t been painted When we arrived there was a mix up and there was no bedding and the property hadn’t been cleaned from when the last people had stayed

If you have a family and want to stay in North Down - you simply MUST stay here at Sea and Sky.

Unbelievable location and views (even in winter). We've stayed in 20+ holiday homes over the years in various countries and this was the best for location and comfort. Top quality furniture (not saggy old stuff) and really comfy beds. Lots of great usable space to come together as a family or to split up and chill. Beach and walks on your doorstep. Great wifi for 5 of us with hungry devices.

Cannot think of a single fault. Will definitely try to use it again.

Great location but simple things could make it a 4* stay

The house was very newly built, rooms were lovely and the views were great. Peaceful area. Great parking. Near to coastal walking.

No tea towels, no kitchen cleaners of any sort. No soap in toilets kitchen, no shampoos. If you have flown in to visit from outside N.Ire having to buy all of these items for a short stay is annoying. Having dishes and cups etc stored on the opposite side, of the very large kitchen island, to the dishwasher and table seemed disjointed. Big kitchen and loads of cupboards to open to find items. Which was a touch frustrating.
