About this house rental
Backing to a wooded creek this home away from home is sure to be the relaxing place you are waiting for. This is a separate entrance lower level walkout apartment complete with kitchen, laundry, spacious bedroom, and 3/4 bath. Amenities include fiber gigabit high speed internet, smart TV (w/ Netflix), coffee bar able to brew ground coffee or K Cups, and dedicated off street driveway parking for two vehicles parked tandem. Be welcomed to your home away from home with the open kitchen/living space with kitchen, coffee bar, and space to enjoy a movie or board game. An office setup leads to the spacious bedroom with egress window for natural light. The décor was curated to mimic nature themes complemented with relaxing blue tones for a tranquil stay. This home is located with easy access to major roads and interstates. Off-street parking for two vehicles (parked tandem) is dedicated for your use during your stay with street parking also available. This space is the lower level of our home with private entrance and lockbox access. Hosts/homeowners live upstairs and are separate from your space. We may be onsite tending to the yard or enjoying the outdoors. When not onsite we will always be just a call or text away to address any needs that arise. Near so much of what West Omaha has to offer. Dine and shop at Village Pointe Mall or The Shops of Legacy; both roughly one mile away. This property backs to a city park where this area is wooded with a creek and no rear neighbors backing to the other side. A playground is right down the street with nearby trails leading to additional park areas or for a longer outing to Zorinsky Lake Recreation Area. Near Lakeside Hospital, Modonna Rehabilitation Hospital, and Methodist Women's Hospital this is a great temporary home for a traveling nurse or someone out of town visiting a loved one. Omaha is a well laid out city to drive around. This property has convenient access to main roads with quick access to Dodge Street (the main road through Omaha leading to the interstates). Great experience at this property. Very clean, owners thought of everything, they were in touch with me at checkin and through my stay. I had no issues and would definitely stay here again.
