About this apartment rental
The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with maximum privacy. It is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min. from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances. We wash all linens using the 'sanitize' setting. We have received reviews from over 450 guests with an average of 4.91 out of a 5 point scale with another rental company. We are considered "Super Hosts."

This property was super clean, easy to get to and super friendly hosts! The location made getting around Omaha a breeze. We stayed two nights with our kiddos. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Thank you!
