Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home to stay next to the zoo downtown and I/80.
This home is super cozy with a firepit. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen & games to entertain all ages. Perfect for a weekend getaway or for a week stay. We can accommodate.
This home is just minutes to downtown and to the famous Henry Doorly Zoo. Not far from restaurants, entertainment, Berkshire Hathaway, CWS, and other popular events.
Steps going up, ON street parking only. Low ceiling in shower.
Please be respectful of the furniture, property, and neighbors. You have to pay for damages made to property and furniture.
No Smoking indoors or on the porch.
($550 fee if detected)
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Swing on porch weight capacity is 220lbs.
No jumping, please.
No parties or events are allowed.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
Please Clean up after yourself.
Please throw cigarette buds in trashcans or INSIDE the firepit.

Our stay was amazing. We loved everything about the house. Loved how she had everything labled and also pictures! Loved how every room had a sound machine. We Love the sunroom and fire pit area. The house is how the pictures are! It is a very beautiful home! It was perfect for my little family! The host was amazing!

Neighborhood was ok, neighbors were not very nice when it came to parking and lighting off fireworks next to out cars. The stairs up to the house were a trick and steep, but the house was clean and very cute.
