This is an in-demand, central location. Across the street from a park and two blocks to a grocery store/retail so have no worries as you work or play on your extended stay.

The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. There is a Hy-Vee with an easy walking distance the property is in a tree lined old neighborhood.

This was a family trip to visit and explore a new city. The property was located on the corner of a busy street, but it was easy to access and so close to so many attractions which was great! The house was fully equipped and nicely decorated. The host was super nice and quick to respond. We would definitely recommend this property to others thinking about staying.

Great location, very clean, host is friendly and responsive, comfortable and safe. Our family of 5 stayed for 5 nights. The place is clean and spacious, kitchen is well equipped. Washer and dryer are big and new. Bathrooms are clean and functional. The host is very thoughtful. Almost everything you need from home is already here! The entire place is nicely decorated. Parking driveway is big enough for 2 cars. Neighborhood seems safe. The host Nathan is very responsible and responds my messages promptly. On the first day, we made a mistake by locking the front door bottom door knob when we went out for dinner. I messaged Nathan right away, and within a short time, he came to unlock it for us while we were still outside having dinner! We are really grateful for being able to stay here! Highly recommend families to choose this place!

Charming house with a modern inside feel. This home was so spacious for my family of five. The kids turned the huge closet space into a fun fort area. We loved being able to walk across the street to the park/playground. Everything was 5-15 mins away. We loved visiting the university and all the college world series activities.
