The Space:
You'll enjoy a private entrance and newly furnished, comfortable two bedroom apartment.
Located right off I-80, in the Aksarben neighborhood. Only a couple miles from most hospitals, University of Nebraska at Omaha, and the Baxter Arena.
Aksarben Village is less than a mile away from the apartment, which is one of the best entertainment districts in Omaha. Enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and events.
Don't forget about our World Famous Henry Dorly Zoo or the Old Market Downtown.

You will have a private entrance with free parking on site.
The Neighborhood:
Aksarben Village is less than a mile away from the apartment, which is one of the best entertainment 345districts in Omaha. Enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and events.
Don't forget about our World Famous Henry Dorly Zoo or the Old Market Downtown.
Getting Around:
Car is best for exploring the city, however there is a public transportation/bus stop nearby.
Other Things to Note:
1. There is no laundry facility on site, however several laundromats are within 2 miles of your apartment. We recommend WashWorld about a 6 min drive.
2. There will be lock out fee - $50,
unreturned/lost key fob fee - $50
3. Parking is on a first come first serve basis in our open lot. There are no assigned stalls. Each guest/reservation will be able to park in one spot.

Great location, very clean/organized & the host was very responsive to emails. Two king beds with some privacy, kitchen was set up nicely, and great tv set up. We will definitely check availability on this location next time we are in Omaha. Thank you!

Very clean and spacious apartment. Quiet area close to hospital and easy to get around. Felt safe.
