Lily's Cozy Cottage, a quiet corner to unwind, and 20 minutes to everything.

Cons: Floors, fridge, and stove/oven was a little dirty, but was easy to clean up. There were no paper towels, but we brought some with us. There was dishwasher soap (no dishwasher) but we brought our own dish soap. The dishes (bowls and plates) were greasy, but easy fix we just washed them. The bathroom needed a little updating. Previous guest items like small toys and glasses were left behind. There was no closet space to hang our clothes. There was some clothing rack with no hangers. There wasnt linens put on the master bed, they were in the dryer with all the pillow cases, which were tearing. Recommendation is to do a walk through of the home prior to guest arrival to ensure cleanliness, restocking of items, and beds made. However, these minor details did not disrupt our stay as there was more pros than cons. Pros Pet-friendly and large yard. Allows dogs of all sizes. Living room furniture easy to wipe down with leather cleaner supplies they had. Wooden floors throughout home allowing easy daily cleaning. Bathroom cleaning supplies were available for daily maintenance. Rooms very spacious and comfortable beds. Lots of natural light inside the home. Spacious dining area with a cute kitchen. Free wifi and workstation available. Near every thing within omaha and close to coucil bluffs. Grocery stores and supercenter right down the road. Home had a large driveway and more than enough room to park. Home provided lots of privacy and quiet. Overall awesome stay & accomodating

Truly was a quiet place to stay and perfect for our needs. Room to run for our grandson. Great off street parking with room to turn around. We prepared several meals at the house and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very nice day at Lilly’s cottage. Everything was as stated and the inside was very neat and clean. Easy access to nearby stores and the highway. Appreciate the great communication!

We have stayed at the property before and thought it was very nice, however this time the bushes were overgrown over the entrance making it difficult to get in or out. The fence was broken as well, we didn’t have any animals with us but if we had they wouldn’t have stayed in the fencing. The home inside was dirty and we had to do quite a bit of cleaning to be comfortable which was pretty disappointing since we got in late to begin with. Ultimately the property has a great location in Omaha and has the right potential should they get the cleaning and landscaping under control. Nice added touch was there was an air mattress available at the property should we need additional sleeping space.
