About this house rental
You will be the only guests lodging in this home. Located on a quiet street. Use keypad entrance. Ranch style layout. Plenty of on site parking .Nice backyard with patio. grill and fire pit. Several small eateries within walking distance. The inside is very clean and updated.!! Two bedrooms with a queen sized bed, tv and dresser in each. Additional one blow up twin mattress, so can accommodate 5 guests. Spacious living room/kitchen areas, with couches & T.V. & kitchen table. Plenty of stocked kitchen accessories for you to cook at home! One bathroom with tub/shower. plenty of towels & linens, and other necessities. Washer and dryer on site. Small locked box safe installed in closet.

The home itself was nice. It had everything we needed to cook. There were even some pantry items available which was really nice so we could cook without buying all the little items like spices etc. They beds and living room furniture was comfortable it felt like home away from home but…..
When we arrived the house smelled really really bad, we went to a concert the first night and arrived back to the house the smell was overwhelming. The next morning we went to leave the house for an outing and realized where the smell was coming from in a window well by the front door. I notified the hosts and they took care of the problem but the smell was just awful! I am super sensitive to smells and I can’t tolerate chemical air fresheners. This was completely out of the hosts control but if I owned a house and it smelled this bad I would be investigating where the smell was coming from. By the day we were checking out the smell was better because the problem had been removed.
Overall we made the best of the situation and had a nice family time. The hosts were communicative and always answered us promptly.
