Whether you’re here for shopping, dining, or seaside walks, everything is close at hand.

Guests have access to their own studio apartment with kitchenette and en-suite bathroom.

Throw open the Juliet balcony doors and enjoy a coffee while watching Southsea come to life below. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable bed, compact kitchenette with dining nook, and a modern en-suite bathroom with shower.

Portsmouth and Southsea is flat and easy to explore on foot or by bike. You’ll find rental bikes and e-scooters nearby, plus regular buses and taxis if you’re not driving. Fratton train station is within walking distance for connections further afield.

If you’re arriving by car, please note that Portsmouth can get congested at peak times. Street parking is available close by, though it can be busy. A daily permit is required between 16:30–18:30 (£3.60 per day, available directly from us).

This is one of 10 studios in the building. It is self check in, with no front desk, however, if you need assistance on arrival, please let us know in advance and we would be happy to help you.

Please note, there is no lift in the building. This particular studio is on the first floor, so you will be required to climb stairs.

If you are booking for 28 days or more, there will be a higher cleaning fee.

For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of essential consumables, including toiletries, toilet rolls, and kitchen basics, to help you settle in comfortably. If you require additional supplies during your stay, we kindly ask that you purchase these as needed.
