Nice apartment with a separate entrance. Kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed and nice linens. The place was quite and we loved the views.
We weren’t able to really use the living room due to the furniture not being functional, the couch was very saggy and the chair was unstable.

An exceptionally clean and comfortable stay! Located in a new and very cute part of Buena Vista close to downtown and great dining. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive! This property has views of the mountains on all sides and is close to great hiking and is an easy 45 minute drive from Monarch Mountain Ski Resort.

The unit was clean and well designed.
The a/c was locked at 72 degrees. It’s an apartment over the garage with no shade, and it got quite warm in the afternoon. Also, a photo of the stairs would be good to add to the listing. My dog is elderly and struggled with/slid down the stairs. It would have been nice to know there was no carpet. There was no blow drier.
Also, we were informed there would likely be a pet fee, upfront, but not of the amount until the day-of. Despite having paid in full at the time of booking, were charged the additional fee the morning of our check in, while we were en route through the mountains, and informed we couldn’t check in until it was paid. Not only is advising on the amount of an additional fee when it’s too late to cancel scammy, it was a scramble to get cell coverage prior to our arrival to process the payment.
