Great location, very clean, comfortable beds and couch, very responsive owner
Paper products (tissue, toilet paper and paper towels) were cheap

Quiet and close to downtown

No breakfast
Extremely uncomfortable furniture except for beds. Property is no longer in very good condition. No operational TV. Hosts have cut the cable and you have to cast a program to the TV from your own phone. Since we were in the process of moving our own cable service was shut down, ergo, no TV at all.
