The perfect summer basecamp, you’ll be steps from local shops, restaurants, trails, and the river. Whether you’re hiking the Collegiate Peaks, fly fishing the Arkansas, or soaking in nearby hot springs, this comfortable and well-equipped retreat makes it easy to unwind and explore. The condo is in the Princeton Place Condos complex. There are 32 units in the complex. The condo is three blocks from downtown Main Street and a five-minute walk to South Main Street. the location is amazing!
Walking to both Main Street and South Main Street
Guest deadbolt codes are on a programmed schedule. Your code will not work before 4pm on check-in day, and your code will stop working at 10am on checkout day.
There are Noise Machines in each bedroom and the living room that can be turned on to help block out any heavy footsteps from upstairs or noise from next door.
