The photos of the property are accurate. You can’t beat the view and the location! It’s walking distance to town with choices of great restaurants. The place is comfortable with everything you need. Communication from staff was immediate.
The property itself is fantastic but I want people to be aware that while apparently the extra fees are listed, they are hard to find. You have to fill out online forms through Renjoy. Dog fees are $100/dog. You have to choose between a $350 refundable deposit or a $70 non refundable deposit. While many places do have you put down a deposit, it is more visible when you make the initial payment. Also the check in/check out times are slightly different from standard times and if you deviate them, you are charged by the hour. Read the check in/check out procedures and expectations carefully.

Great location and roomy. Felt like being home
This maybe because my wife and I are old. We loved the loungers, but neither of us could shut the foot rests in place without getting out of the chairs.

Overall, a great stay! The house was cozy, well-equipped, and had a beautiful view to the mountains—just like in the photos. We loved the comfortable rooms, the spacious bathroom, and the living area, with very comfy armchairs.
The only challenge was finding the place, as the internet connection (4G, 5G, everything!) was very weak in Buena Vista, and the check-in instructions were only available through a special webpage, which took us a while to load once in town. Also, the TV took some time to connect, but it eventually worked fine. Besides these minor issues, everything else was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay.

The place is more beautiful in real then in the pictures. The bed was nice and there is a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen has everything you need. The sofa is super comfortable.
We asked for early check-in ,only if possible, for two hours before- and they ask for additional fee.
There is a sign in the bathroom reminding you that the check out is at 10. This feels very un relaxing and that you are unwelcome. In the checkout they ask to take out the trash and load the dishwasher. For us, it was a bit inconvenient because we travel with a toddler and also couldn’t find the trash bin outside.
