Unit D104 (License Number: STR-079) allows pets and is 2 blocks away from Buena Vista's Whitewater park where visitors can kayak, tube, river board, swim, and fish along the Arkansas River. This condo allows for snowmobile truck and trailer pull-through parking right next to the unit.
This condo is also 2 blocks away from the Main street where visitors will find restaurants and shopping. This property is within a short walk to almost everything Buena Vista has to offer.
For those who are skiers/snowboards; We are 45 minutes to Monarch Mountain and Ski Cooper, 75 minutes to Copper Mountain and Breckenridge Ski Resort, and 90 to Vail Ski Resort. Also, Buena Vista is one of the best spots in the state for snowmobiling and snowshoeing.
COVID19 cleaning procedure are in place based on guidance from VRBO, Chaffee County public health and State of Colorado. This home is personally disinfected thoroughly before and after each guest.

The condo is in a great location and walking distance to downtown and the river. The condo is nice and well appointed. The master bed is very comfortable, we slept really good and I have bad osteo arthritis so bed comfort is very important to me. Plenty of blankets to curl up on the couch watch a movie with the fireplace going. Smart TV had all the apps for watching all our favorite shows. Bathroom shower was amazing with really strong pressure and a second hand held shower head. Linens and towels were nice with no corners cut on quality! Recliner in the living room is super comfy! And the views are amazing! Great place to stay, we will stay again.

The condo is setup for a comfortable BV trip and it’s clear that Ann put great care into it. It has everything you need to a trip away from busy life. Including spices! A nice touch. However, you can hear the upstairs neighbors every step by nature of this unit being on the first floor. I heard them walking and talking, including distinguishing voices from each other, and balls rolling around for their dogs. The upstairs was walking around so loudly at midnight one night that my dog started barking. They weren’t partying, they were just existing, so I do get that . The box fans helped to block out the noise. However, blocking out noise is not something I expected to do in BV. I think for the future, it would be good to let guests know that this unit is on the first floor, and that creates an expectations of hearing the upstairs neighbor. It’s no offense to the care put into the unit, but something to be aware of. If the sounds don’t bother you, or you aren’t there much, then go for it! An otherwise great place with a Mountain View and all the amenities of home. The game board selection was a nice touch too. Spotlessly clean.
