Green 9 the Dream Villa with pool and views by CanaryScape

A beautiful villa with lots of space and privacy. Amazing swimming pool. A perfect location with either short taxi or drive to the nearby towns.

A secluded, private retreat that earns a return visit. The location is ideal — tucked into the rock on one side, with a gated entrance and security on the other, it feels genuinely safe and quiet. It is located in the south of Gran Canaria -where the weather in March was noticeably better than the north, and the views from the upper terrace are excellent. A hiking trail to a nearby peak is a bonus. Inside, beds and pillows are comfortable and the silence means you sleep exceptionally well. The TV is large and modern with all major streaming services, and the wifi is impressively fast (600 Mbps, likely 1 Gbps connection). The pool is well-maintained with regular cleaning and water testing. Important tip: book the pool heating option — without it, the water is too cold to use comfortably in early March. Golfers will appreciate having two 18-hole courses very close by. Self check-in is smooth and well-explained. If we return to Gran Canaria, we'll stay here again.

No major dislikes. The designer couch looks great but becomes uncomfortable after extended sitting. If you opt for pool heating, the heat pump runs continuously and produces white noise on the lower terrace — though it fades into the background fairly quickly - i.e. you get used to it.

Die Lage ist etwas abseits des Rummels. Ein Ort für Ruhe jenseits der täglichen Hektik. Die Betreuung vor Ort war super freundlich, jederzeit über Whatsup erreichbar und unkompliziert. Die Poolheizung haben wir Sonntagabend dazu gebucht, Montagmorgen war jemand da und Abends war der Pool angenehm warm.

Villa dans un état impeccable, équipement très moderne, très belle vue, piscine privative excellente, en cas de problème la réactivité du service est exceptionnel.
