About this villa rental
This bungalow-style building has an area of 115m2 on a plot of 380m2 and consists of a large living room with terrace overlooking a magnificent garden, three double bedrooms with large wardrobes, two bathrooms, a dining area, an open-plan kitchen with all appliances, Nespresso included, parking facilities and a great heatable (pool heating service is not included in the price) pool of 8m x 4m with a splendid grass area.
From the lounge, you enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the terrace garden, with the golf course and mountains in the background. Definitely an ideal place of to enjoy the peace, tranquillity and intimacy the resort has to offer. Very comfortable living room, with design and decoration that convey openness and beauty. Included are a satellite LCD TV, video and iPod docking station, free wireless internet.
The broad terrace with direct access from the living room has a table for 8, but also comfy chill out sofa area. Ideal place for relaxing with family and friends, especially after a round of golf. The high quality designer furniture adds to the cosy atmosphere of this terrace. The master bedroom, with direct access to the garden and an exceptional panoramic view, you can see the sunrise directly from your bed. 2 smaller bedrooms, with 2 single beds each, share a full bathroom with a spacious shower, WC and bide.
This property is located within a Residential Area, therefore it is strictly forbidden any activity that might disturb other guests or neighbours.

Rectangular-shaped, stainless steel ladder to access the pool, heatable with a surcharge, 8 metres long, 4 metres wide and 1,40 metres deep
One infant under 2 stays free of charge in a baby cot. Please let us know when booking, cot and highchair will be provided only when requested!
*** A security deposit of 600 euros is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.
*** One dog allowed paying a 100€ fee

We had a great stay at this villa in Salobre. The villa was exactly as described and shown in the listing with great facilties and everything that we needed during our stay!
The booking process and communication before and during stay was really good and clear. We were met at the villa and check in process was really easy and clear- any issues during the stay were quickly resolved.
The daily bread delivery was a bonus, villa is in a nice quiet location with easy access to everywhere else on the island with a car.
Will definitely book through Villa Gran Canaria when we next visit the island.

Stopped at Par 4 Villa at Salobre Golf resort. We are not golfers but liked the look of the Villa as it was for a special occasion. Villa is superb with plenty of space and all possible facilities you need. We liked the indoor and outdoor dining tables and chairs. It was also immaculately clean
The pool is just a nice size and a great plus which was one of the key factors in choosing Par 4 villas.
The resort is very nice and clean with security at the entrance. We didn't try the restaurants in there resort but it is close to the main resort of Maspolamas although we preferred Puerto Rico which is little further away.
Barbara, who met us at the Villa was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us some great tips on where to go on the island
All in all we loved the stay and weather in November was perfect.

The add says peace and tranquility…. No such luck. Every week day from 8:00am until 5:00pm a jack hammer going off and vehicle reversing beeps every few minutes. Nice villa though, but not the relaxing holiday the add promises
