The property is located in the La Isla complex, within Salobre Golf Resort, 241 metres above sea level. From the house, you can enjoy views towards Lake Salobre, the golf course, the sea and the mountains, which gives the stay a strong sense of space and landscape.
With 122 m² of living space on a plot of 225 m², the house can accommodate 6 adults and 1 child up to 2 years old in a cot. It is distributed over two levels, with the ground floor opening directly onto the terrace and the upper floor offering additional outdoor perspectives.
On the ground floor, there is a living room and dining room with kitchen and direct access to the terrace, a utility room and 1 bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the terrace.
On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms with two single beds each, 1 bathroom with shower and a terrace with views of the Salobre surroundings.
The outdoor area is the heart of the house: terrace, garden, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, parasol, Balinese bed, parking and a private pool of 7 x 3.4 metres. The pool has 1.4 metres depth and can be heated electrically for an additional cost.
