A large beautiful and exclusive residence situated on a 800m2 plot with a living area of 250m2 over two floors, this villa is one of the exclusive group of six units, offering intimacy and privacy. Spectacular views of the mountains and golf course are to be had. At the same time, hole no. 1 is only 200m away, together with the entrance to the luxury resort, which offers a range of convenient facilities (mini market, club house, pro-shop, reception, taxi-rank, recycling facilities, etc.).
Two large terraces are perfect for a pleasant evening with friends or family. The original furniture by the company GREEN DESIGN will make you feel home like, while enjoying the beautiful views and the fantastic private heatable (pool heating service not included in the price) salty-water swimming pool. Beautiful beaches are just few minutes driving away. Livingroom equiped with a satellite plasma screen TV and DVD player. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and heating.
The dining table seats up to eight people. Modern, spacious kitchen is well-designed and fully equipped with all necessary appliances. While being fully independent, the living room and dining area are directly accessible and so is the terrace. Our exclusive service of fresh bread, delivered every morning, adds a touch of distinction to breakfast. Terrace we could call the best place to relax and take advantage of the sunny all-year-round weather. Master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Counts on large patio doors providing direct access to the villa garden. Spacious, with large wardrobes and comfortable twinbed.
The main bathroom, including a large shower, two wash basins, toilet and bidet. On the floor above, there are two double bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom. Each villa has its own style, so please take your time to choose the one which best suits your preferences.

Rectangular style, roman stairs, heatable with a surcharge, 8 metres long, 4 metres wide and 1,5 metres deep.
**One infant under 2 stays free of charge in a baby cot. Please let us know when booking, cot and highchair will be provided only when requested.
** A security deposit of 800€ is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.
** One dog allowed paying a 100€ fee
