About this villa rental
Our villa of 240 m² is located in Salobre Golf in a private urbanisation. It has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a private swimming pool with the possibility of air conditioning and beautiful views of the golf course, the mountains and the sea. On the other hand, the complex also has a large communal swimming pool.
It is distributed as follows:
Upper floor:
On this floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double with terrace and views to the golf course, private bathroom with shower and dressing room; the other bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom with outdoor bathtub.
On the lower floor is the living-dining room with direct access to the garden. The independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
On this floor there is a double bedroom with direct access to the garden and the pool and a bathroom right next to the bedroom.
One of the highlights is the garden/terrace and pool area. It is very spacious and is equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy your meals outdoors.
In addition, the villa has internet access (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning, communal swimming pool, outdoor parking in the same building, 1 TV, radio.

We rented this villa for two weeks in August. This property is advertised as being air conditioned - please be aware that only two bedrooms have air conditioning. This property is advertised as being for 6 people - please be aware that there are only 3 sunbeds, 3 wine glasses and the outdoor table only has space for 4 people. Please be aware that this property will not be cleaned during your stay. If you request clean towels & bedding they will be left outside the property for you to change the beds yourself. Please be aware that Beatrice, the property owner, does not answer her phone (even when Vrbo try to contact her). You will have access to an agent but they have very little knowledge or authority to do anything. This villa is in a lovely location which is very quiet but you do need a car as nothing is in walking distance.
