Modern single-floor villa in an exclusive complex located in the Salobre Golf resort. An idyllic place to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the surrounding environment, making it the perfect choice for spending a wonderful holiday and enjoying all the services and benefits that the resort has to offer.
This residence is a modern spacious bungalow-style villa, featuring a beautiful garden and a large heatable pool (the pool heating service is not included in the price). The interior offers maximum comfort in a cosy atmosphere for an unforgettable holiday experience. The décor consists of warm colours and a style chosen with great care.
The living room, dining room and kitchen, all benefiting from direct access to the fantastic terrace, give an air of openness and freedom. The pleasurable feeling of relaxation offered by this comfortable villa and its intimate surroundings will make your vacation an unforgettable experience. One of the biggest attractions is the large terrace, comfortable opened space with garden sofas designed to enjoy the spectacular views in pleasant company.
This is the perfect place for outdoor dining suitable at any moment as in winter can be enjoyed with our outdoor heater. Fully equipped kitchen, with all kinds of appliances and utensils. Really comfortable, modern, functional and spacious with outdoor access, this kitchen is designed to make you feel right at home.
Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the garden and pool area. Every bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning, heating, wardrobes and a safe. The two bathrooms have wide and comfortable showers with convenient and functional access. A heatable salty-water pool, without chemical additives, a place where you can enjoy privacy in a particularly quiet area.

Rectangular-shaped style, stainless steel ladder and roman steps to access the pool, heatable with a surcharge, 8 metres long, 4 metres wide and 1,4 metres deep.
This property is located within a Residential Area, therefore it is strictly forbidden any activity that might disturb other guests or neighbours.
One infant under 2 stays free of charge in a baby cot. Please let us know when booking, cot and highchair will be provided only when requested!
*** A security deposit of 600 euros is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.
*** One dog allowed paying a 100€ fee

6 of us stayed from 4-14 July 2018. The villa easily accomodated all of us. One large master bedroom with adjoining bathroom and two smaller twin rooms sharing a bathroom. A good indoor lounge with a large flat screen TV. The outside area is special, a nice pool overlooking the 'new course' one of two golf courses at the resort. An outdoor BBQ and a lounge and dining area. Access is very easy Par 4 24 is just past the automated boom barrier just of the the roadway. We were greeted by Marius on arrival and villa explained to us with info about TV etc. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. All the kitchen equipment you need is there too. Some might say its location is a bit remote but that is really not the case. With our hire car everywhere was in easy reach. Driving is easy on the island, not congested. Towns, beaches, supermarkets and golf courses all within easy reach. The Boulevard El Faro Meloneras offers a wide selection of restaurants from Indian to Italian and everything else in between. At Salobre there are two golf courses the 'old' and the 'new'. We played the Old course as it is much more high handicap friendly. The new course is technically more difficult but is stunning in its setting. Both courses are very well managed and in pristine condition with staff working everyday on them. Sprinklers last thing at night and first thing in the morning. There is a 'running track' around the old course which we walked each morning, its only about 3 mile, a nice way to start the day and admire the views.
A very nice touch is each morning a fresh bag of bread rolls is left at the villa - 2 per person - and its all free! There is also a safe in the villa in the main bedroom area. Lots of storage space for each room, hanging and drawers.
We did point out a couple of minor things - mirrors in bedrooms would be helpful. A pool net to clear any fallen debris into pool wuld also be helpful.
Aside from that we would ALL love to back again, a peacful relaxing holiday dictated by our own pace. Plenty to do not far from the resort.
Good value for money - and PERFECT WEATHER TOO whats not to like!!!

We had a great time, they welcomed us and gave a good explanation of what to do. Good service, they respond quickly on Mail if anything is needed. Freshly baked bread every morning.
Only one downside, it’s too expensive for heating the outdoor pool.
Overall clean, functional and good homes.
