Casa Mona- Andalucian mountain village getaway

Mona was so easy to contact, quick to respond and provided directions to the house and parking. The house is beautiful and has all the kitchen essentials you need plus some spices and seasonings already there! It feels comfy, clean and well-loved with a fantastic terrace for sitting outdoors. Includes a washing machine and AC in the bedrooms. The village has small shops and a great plaza to eat and drink in that comes alive in the evenings. We had a car so easy to drive to Granada, the beach and to hiking trails.

Die Ferienwohnung ist zentral gelegen und somit ein guter Startpunkt für Wanderungen. Es ist angenehm kühl, die Küche super ausgestattet und alles ist liebevoll dekoriert. Auch die Dachterrasse haben wir sehr genossen (hier wären lediglich Sitzkissen toll). Auch die Bäder sind geräumig und schick. Was man wissen muss: das Haus hat viele Treppen die teilweise unterschiedliche Stufenhöhen haben. Das Haus ist also nur für Personen geeignet die gut zu Fuß sind. Für Kinder ist es eher nicht geeignet.

Das Haus ist wunderschön gestaltet und bietet alles, was es für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht. Von hier aus kann man wunderbar die Sierra Nevada erkunden und Ausflüge nach Granada machen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

This was our second stay at Casa Mona and hopefully not our last! The house is perfect and has comfort, character, charm and convenience in absolute abundance. Its hard to single out what’s best but I love the rooftop. Oh and the pretty top bathroom, the well designed kitchen, the cosy fire, the very comfy bed…and more! The village is also beautiful with great vibes and everything you could need from bakery, shop and excellent restaurants. It makes me feel very happy when I stay here and is the backdrop to happy family memories. We much look forward to staying again!
