Apartamentos Realejo Granada Centro 3000

Gorgeous apartment. The location is perfect, basically in the centre. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The staff were absolutely amazing, love and communicative.

Some road works outside the hotel right by our window but as we stayed mostly over the weekend this was not a huge issue for us until the last morning, and even then it was fine.

The location was good. Accept we weren’t allowed to drive down the street so had to lug our bags up the cobble streets which was up hill for 10 minute walk. The room itself was good and clean.

The property was poorly equipped, very basic equipment in the kitchen. 1 plate, 1 spoon etc per guest. No chopping board or any proper kitchen equipment, no wine glasses etc. Also felt that the rooms were very basic, bathroom had no where to put anything. No unit of shelf to put cosmetics so everything sat on the floor. It was very noisy as our apartment was on ground floor ( which was great) but right near the main entrance door so late at night when others where coming in and out it constantly woke me and my daughter up. The apartment was freezing when we arrived and took hours to warm up.

The apartment was fine overall, but I was quite disappointed with the hosts’ attitude and some of the rules. I understand taking out the trash before leaving, but being asked to remove the bed linen myself????..... There was also a capsule coffee machine, but no coffee capsules provided. It’s unreasonable to expect guests to buy specific capsules just for a day or two, most apartments offer at least a few for the stay. The rules were quite strict, yet the place wasn’t perfectly clean, for instance, dishes were not properly washed, and there were visible stains on the walls. The table was also damaged. Another issue was with the listing photos. When booking, I chose an apartment with a beautiful view, but I was given a different one with a less impressive view. It seems that the photos of different apartments were mixed up, which made the booking process confusing and misleading. Additionally, their system to check in is so laging, that I had to try to check in for 1,5 h. In comparison the similar system at other apartments takes up to 5 minutes to finish.... Overall, requesting from guests the things that hosts cannot do himself looks unprofessional.

The best thing about this apartment is definitely its location. Also, when we had some issues, the customer service was super helpful and quick to assist us.

The room was definitely one of the worst! It was near the main entrance door and practically facing the street on the ground floor, so there was zero privacy. The room was very noisy and dark, and people coming back to their rooms were slamming the door at all hours, making a lot of noise even late at night. It took two days of complaints to customer service before we could sleep peacefully for at least one night. The bathroom was one of the worst I've ever seen, it felt more like a hospital than a hotel. The shower was clearly designed for disabled access, and there wasn't even a way to take a standing shower since there was no support to hold the shower-head up. Additionally, there was nothing in the bathroom to place any items on like a shelf or closet. Unfortunately, I can say that we were clearly given one of the worst rooms. Before checkout, there were rules that had to be followed, which were only mentioned then, such as taking out the trash and stripping and folding the sheets and blankets. This also allowed us to see the embarrassing stains on the mattress that I would have preferred not to see. Looking at the photos, I can say that we were clearly given one of the worst rooms.
