El Realejo Paradise

Amazing view from the balconies, and it might sound silly but the hand bidet/toilet sprayer is very rare to find so I am so happy that both bathrooms are equipped with it. It's an old building but the apartment unit is very well maintained with modern amenities. We spent a lot of time in the apartment because we both work remotely during the day and only went out in the evening, WiFi was great. A short walk to Mercadona, and the fact that it's in the border of the old town and a very beautiful park, means that we can take our dog out for a walk very easily before heading to the old town (where it's much more restricted for him to do his deed).

Unfortunately there was a construction work going on in the neighboring unit while we are there so it was a bit noisy, but this is of course something outside of the owner's control and temporary, it's just our bad luck. If you spend most time outside, it would have been nothing. The apartment itself is high up, so it's very quiet and calm (without construction).

The location was great, a handful of bars/restaurants right nearby and only a 15 minute walk into the centre of the city.

Very close to everything, nice places to enjoy tapas and a drink nearby. Close to all amenities. Loved the view from the top level, hammock a bonus.
