Location location, this is a little gem in the heart of old Granada. The property is styled on a Riad like those in Marrakesh or a Dar in Tunisia. Small internal courtyard and individual apartments off it. Thoughtful renovation showing old wooden beams and brick tiles.
Rather sparsely decorated with minimal luxury but not bad or poor. Just minimal.

On the morning of our trip we got offered a free upgrade to bigger apartment at no extra cost! The apartment was located a few steps down Puerta de Elvira. The apartment was fantastic! Clean, big, with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room and excellent location!

The apartment itself was great. Close to everywhere you would like to go. It had everything that we needed for our week-long stay and a grocery store nearby for essentials.
The host was quick to help or answer any questions. The location is close to the sights, but tucked away. It was very quiet and the bed was comfy.
My husband and I have some mobility issues, so I confirmed with the property that there were no stairs involved in getting to and from the apartment. There was a lift in the building, but we did need to climb a few stairs to get into our unit. And, there is a steep incline to get to the building itself with lots of stairs and cobblestones to navigate. If you have mobility issues this might not be the place for you.

The place is located in Albaicin, but also quite close to the center part of Granada. As a result, it is very easy to access things around.
Keep in mind though that due to its location, it is impossible to access by car. You can sort of get yourself within 300m of it, but not more.
The hosts that we were only in contact via WhatsApp with didn't seem to care much about helping. The check-in instructions were very thorough and helpful, but that is where the help stopped. For example, I wrote to inform that we did not have any coffee pods (which one would expect, if a coffee machine is provided). I only got a dull, "I am not there" reply.
The place was also not very clean. It wasn't dirty, the toilets were fine, but one could feel walking bare feet that there was dust on the floor -- so not thoroughly cleaned.
