Excellently located with the Alhambra visible from the rooftop accessible from a narrow spiral staircase. Our room was spacious, private, fairly quiet on the ground floor, and tidy. We didn’t encounter any other guests while staying here. We received free coffee pods and the price was great for what we got.

The shower drain was clogging up after a minute of running and had to be used intermittently. Also the shower needs to be resealed as it leaks through the glass onto the floor.

Excellent location for accessing Alhambra on foot. Nice decoration and gorgeous view of the palace on rooftop.

The room assigned to us was smaller and cheaper than the one we booked. Hopefully the host will refund us for the extra.

The location is great. In the old neighbourhood of Granada offering the real vibe of the old city away from the busy streets and touristic area. A bit of an uphill walk but totally worth it. With an amazing common terrace overlooking the old city, offering a look in the traditional gardens and the surrounding houses and the caste of Alambra right opposite. Priceless. The room and the entire house are tastefully decorated with elegance. There's attention to detail, lovely smells, art on the wall and local features. Ana Paula was very attentive even from distance and was kind enough to give us a free upgrade to the bigger room with an inside bathroom that I totally reccomend. Great shower, comfortable bed. If you want to have an authentic experience of Granada, this is the place. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Pros: good contact with the nice owner Great location and view from balcony Cons: dirty bed sheets, one towel did not smell good, dirty mirror, filthy bathroom The whole place is old and needs renovation - paint is falling of the walls The private bathroom was 1 floor below, while our room was between another room and its bathroom.. no logic here. If we had this bathroom we won’t be woken up at 7 by our nieghbour taking a bath. The walls are paper thin and you hear everything :/
