Good location, real setting was similar to what was suggested in the photos and written information

Some broken items, but it was terribly difficult to speak with management about the issues. The individuals from Cloud BNB were profoundly anonymous. One of these unnamed, unidentifiable people continue to advise me to return the keycard to a lockbox inside a supermarket which would not open until two hours after we had departed the venue via taxi for the airport. Even when I tried to point out the lunacy of fulfilling an impossible instruction that individual continued to advise me to return the keycard to an inaccessible location. Another more helpful, though entirely unidentifiable and anonymous individual did give permission for me to leave the keycard on the kitchen bench when we left, however as evidenced by the middle of the day phone call I received after checking out, that unidentifiable individual did not let anybody else in management know what they had agreed to. Even if the staff at Cloud BNB are too frightened to use their real names, even if each one just used a consistent alias, it would make communication much easier and effective. The fact that Cloud BNB chose to keep every detail of checking in and out of the building a strongly guarded secret until 24hrs before accessing the accommodation also left making contingency plans for the impossible check-out instruction difficult to negotiate.

Great location for what was needed. Hotel allowed us to store luggage for 10 hours after checkout.

Lights in one room didn't work. Powerboard in one bedroom barely worked, and should be replaced given its ticking sound. Room smelled dusty.

great location. When it was found the dish washer didn't work a Tradie came withing 3 hours and repaired it. great job.

I had rung on 2 separate days explaining we wouldn't have access to internet and wanted the specific address to where the apt was. To be told you only get to know 24 before due. Very disconcerting. All other booking .com have a specific address in their advertising. Told they would send info to my phone. But didn't Had to ring on arrival to Perth to get info. Not good enough.
