It was easy, but had a little trouble locating the lock box.

Location and clean.
Single bed was poor. Lounge too small. Needs some small attention to rust. Need extra bench space in bathroom.

The location was fantastic, had everything we needed. I loved having the Cafe downstairs.
The beds were uncomfortable and the hot water wasn't enough for 3 people.

Self contained unit with free parking (approx $26 a night if you had to pay) close to the CBD
Wash machine & dryer, large fridge with freezer, double and 2 single beds in unit. Everything was in the unit...pots & pans, garbage bags, detergents, hairdryer
Walking distance from CBD and stadium
Small hot water cylinder. Ran out of hot water after 2 showers.
Not a big problem just had to wait approx 1hrs and had hot water again
