Review This apartment is in a very strategic location, extremely convenient for public transport, with the free bus stopping right below the building, and within easy walking distance of the vibrant city centre, shops, and restaurants. Located on the top floor, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful, which made our stay especially relaxing. Upon arrival, we noticed a slight smell of smoke, but management responded immediately and confirmed that smoking is not permitted inside the property. It was likely related to the carpet in the bedrooms. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed, including the added convenience of a dishwasher, as well as both a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom could benefit from some renovation, particularly the shower, but it was fully functional and had everything necessary. The beds were very comfortable, and the quietness of the bedrooms was greatly appreciated. Supermarkets are only a few minutes’ walk away, making daily shopping very easy. Guests also have access to an outdoor swimming pool and a small gym, which are nice additional features. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning to visit Perth. It offers comfort, convenience, and an excellent location for exploring the city.

The shower

Great location, and free parking. Clean, secure and comfortable accommodation with plenty of cookware and utensils. Home away from home.

Stairs from the 5th floor to the 6th floor. Poor water pressure in shower.

Location is good.

One of the single bed mattress is sunken. All the dining chairs are stained. Need to be washed/cleaned. Our reserved parking lot #73 is taken up by another car. However, the reception told us to park another vacant lot! The apartment 73 in on Level 6 but the lift is up to Level 5 only. We have to climb the flight of stairs from L5 to Level 6. This should be mentioned in the website that unit 73 is not accessible by lifts. What if a handicapped or knees problem who is unable to climb the stairs. We have difficulties and challenges to carry our luggages up and down the flight of steep stairs.
