This is a large two bedroom apartment located on the first floor with lift access. A big balcony, dining area, lounge, two bedrooms, one bathroom with separate toilet and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Check-in is a breeze with self check-in via a lockbox located on-site near to the apartment. All details and easy access information are sent the day before your arrival.
Direct access to main thoroughfares, and several bus routes available on your door step.
Bring a car if need be as you'll enjoy FREE parking on site.
Please note the parking is in the lower carpark of the building and requires swipe card to access the gated parking area.
The Neighborhood:
Walk to Optus Stadium, the WACA ( WA Cricket Ground) or use the FREE Cat bus system only 50 meters away that will take you to all things Perth. Visit the stunning foreshore (Swan River) you can easily stroll there or the Perth Mint. Catch the bus to the botanical gardens. Hop on a ferry to visit South Perth and the Perth Zoo, just so much to do from this central location. There are many restaurants, pubs, a bottle shop, a mini mart and the Grosvenor Hotel all with in a very short stroll.

Feet power will take you to the amazing Swan River or into the City. Or for those of you who prefer the free tourist CAT (central area transit) bus system, you can hop on and hop off for free while visiting everything Perth .

Very clean appartment, with everything we needed. Close to shops for supplies and walking distance to local bus stop and the hop on hop off bus. Great having undercover secure parking to. Friendly greeting from staff upon arrival t collecting keys. Easy communication right throughout. Will definitely stay here again when returning to Perth.

Nicely appointed accommodation in the heart of East Perth. Thorough check in instructions and communication prior to arrival (thanks Kate), very nice apartment right near the Red CAT bus stop to the Hay and Murray Street shopping malls.
Would recommend and would stay again 😊

Was perfect for us needing to be close to Royal Perth Hospital. Could have been cleaned a little better, popcorn down the back of the couch & someone’s broken EarPods under the single bed. Was priced reasonably & located where we wanted to be so all good
