It is in the good location and enviorement, comfortable and quite. Bus stop is only view step.
We handled by 2 host during our stay, both were good and helpfull but they have different character of hospitality. We find one was more care than the other. Anyway we'd happy time to stay here.
Aminities is very limmit, they provide everything from the bathroom until kitchen but the quantity is far from enough. For example we stay 7 nite here they only provide 3roll toilet papper, 4 coffee pod & 4 small pod of milk also some of tea, sugar.... so looks like they prepare for the only 1 nite stay. So if you will stay here, maybe you have to bring your own some important stuff i mentioned above.

Very good communication before, during and after our stay. Instructions very clear and easy. Great to have a parking spot too.
Its not the host's fault but location is noisy. We could clearly and loudly hear the neighbour's TV, laughter and conversations through the wall! Also, being near the hospital meant that helicopters were often flying across at all hours and hovering while waiting to access the landing pad.
Bathroom doesn't have any ventilation so it smelled a bit musty. And the bathroom door squeaked so loudly that it woke people up in the morning.

Location was central to most areas and attractions. Short bus ride to mall. Close to the Royal mint. Short walk to IGA. Short walk to Langley park just to name a few. Very neat and tidy. Well presented. Comfortable.
