Muy bien situado en un barrio muy chulo, el piso es accesible (aunque sea un sótano tiene ascensor), y bien decorado/equipado. Luiggi, el chico que nos atendió, es muy majo y estuvo disponible en todo momento, muy amable y servicial. Nos trajó una cuna de viaje, y más cositas que le dijimos que faltaban (repasadores, etc.). En verano es bastante fresco el piso.
La humedad dentro del piso (pero ya lo sabíamos antes de alquilarlo, no nos pilló desprevenidos) y los ruidos del local de basura que se encuentra al lado. Aunque entre poca luz, falta una persiana en la habitación para tener oscuridad completa por la noche/mañanita.

Très bon hébergement, légèrement à l'écart du centre historique de Madrid, mais à côté du métro dans un quartier vivant et très calme. Le logement est de bonne taille, très bien agencé et bien équipé. L'hôte est très réactif et facilitant. Vraiment je recommande
Quelques petites remarques, mais rien de vraiment très dérangeant. Le logement est en 1/2 sous sol (avec fenêtres), on ressent donc un peu l'humidité. Il y avait une petite odeur de tabac froid, mais tout à fait acceptable. La salle de bain est assez petite et humide. Le lit double est très confortable, mais un peu moins le canapé lit Il manquait peut être un torchon pour la vaisselle et une pastille de lave vaisselle pour dépanner ceux qui ne viennent juste pour 1 ou 2 nuits
